Hiring Process
There are several stages to our application process depending on the role you have applied for.
- Application: On your application we'll ask for information like your contact details, education and work experience. You’ll also have to upload a CV, so it's a good idea to have it ready.
- Online assessment: Depending on the role you're applying for, we may ask you to complete the online assessment. You don't have to do it for all roles. If we ask you to complete an online assessment we’ll email it to you. Our assessments are carefully designed to measure the skills and capabilities you need to be successful in our roles. They also give you ome insights into what's involved in our roles. If you've completed an assessment before, the responses you've given us may be transferred across to your new application.
- You need to complete your Online Assessment needs to be completed within five days.
- Application review: We’ll review your application along with your responses to the online assessment exercise you did. Depending on the type of role you're applying for, we may contact you to arrange a brief phone interview to discuss your experience in more detail.
- Interview: If your application goes to the next stage, we'll invite you to attend an interview. You can choose an interview time that suits you, so we'll give you some options and ask you to select your preferred time slot.
- Outcome: We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. If you attend an interview, we'll be in touch within five working days after all the interviews have happened to let you know the outcome.
